Abstract

O estudo da gestão dos recursos financeiros disponíveis circulantes é de grande relevância para o desempenho atual e futuro das Micro e Pequenas Empresas - MPEs, pois será através desses recursos que a empresa analisará sua capacidade financeira de sustentação e crescimento dos negócios. Assim, o objetivo deste presente trabalho consistiu em determinar a relevância da gestão do capital de giro para micro e pequenas empresas no processo decisório. A pesquisa realizada foi de natureza qualitativa exploratória, procurando esclarecer um problema a partir de pesquisas bibliográficas com referências teóricas publicadas.
