Abstract

El proceso de reestructuración organizacional nace cuando la alta gerencia ve necesario cambiar la manera en la que se está administrando todos los departamentos. Los motivos puedes ser varios desde una inyección de capital para la expansión y la mejora del negocio, nuevas actividades a realizar o para aumentar sus ingresos siendo más competitivos optimizando las áreas específicas para alcanzar mejores resultados.
