Revisión tributaria de la empresa de transporte de carga pesada

Abstract

En base a los inconvenientes que tienen varias empresas en cuanto al cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias debido a los procesos inadecuados o erróneos, es necesario conocer esta problemática a través de sus causas: Declaración de los impuestos erróneos, Desconocimiento de los procesos tributarios, Inadecuada interpretación de las leyes y reglamentos, Minimización de carga impositiva sin sustento normativo o legal. La investigación se desarrolló para identificar el mal manejo de cálculo del pago de los impuestos, mediante a la revisión del periodo 2017-2016 , en la cual se encontró un gasto que fue considerado como deducible y no contaba con la respectiva documentación soporte, la misma que se ve afectada en la determinación del impuesto a la renta.
