Abstract

A engenharia industrial tem sido fundamental para o sucesso de indústrias com análises e intervenções nos processos, através dela tem-se obtido melhorias em diversos seguimentos industriais. O estudo aborda o processo de empacotamento de Redes de Polietileno de Baixa Densidade em uma indústria, identificando alternativas de redução de perdas e avaliando os resultados obtidos para a tomada de decisão e melhoria do processo.
