Aplicación de los flujos de efectivo como herramienta de gestión financiera en el sector financiero solidario del Ecuador

Abstract

La finalidad básica de esta investigación es demostrar la relevancia del Estado de Flujos de Efectivo (EFE) para para la gestión de una Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito (COAC) y la necesidad de establecer una complementariedad entre el análisis convencional realizado hasta la actualidad (balance general y estado de pérdidas y ganancias). Este trabajo se ha puesto énfasis en la utilidad que representa esta herramienta de gestión financiera, en el estudio de la solvencia cooperativista y en la identificación de la etapa del ciclo de capital de la COAC a partir de los signos de los diferentes flujos de efectivo, también se ha llevado a cabo un estudio empírico aplicados en la COAC Maquita Cushunchic Ltda de la ciudad de Quito, con el objetivo de demostrar la relevancia del objeto de estudio de esta investigación.
