Abstract

El plan de marketing reúne estrategias y tácticas resultantes de una evaluación interna y externa que servirán para crear diferenciales con la competencia y adaptar al negocio a la realidad actual del mercado, buscando una mejora sustancial en la capacidad de servicios y en la promoción del negocio. El factor de servicio al cliente constituye un punto alto en la atención a empresas, pues se debe recordar que Ecuagama no atiende a consumidores finales, sino a otros negocios.
