Impacto de las políticas de usufructo agrario en la juventud rural de Santa Cruz del Norte

Abstract

El presente estudio constituye un acercamiento desde la teoría y la práctica al impacto de las políticas agrarias relativas al usufructo en jóvenes rurales en el municipio Santa Cruz del Norte. La historia del usufructo en Cuba comienza desde la etpa de la colonia e incluso se desarrolla durante los posteriores períodos; sin embrago el máximo auge en cuanto a producción y beneficios producidos para sus benefactores se ha otorgado con la Actualización del Modelo Económico y Social cubano que comienza a implementarse a partir del año 2008; la interpretación de los Decretos-Ley 259, 300 y 358 y su puesta en práctica demuestran la cada vez mayor necesidad de implicar al sector juvenil de los contextos rurales en las labores agrícolas para asegurar la sostenibilidad de la actividad agraria; así como la capacidad y competitividad en el sector.
