Abstract

El presente trabajo analiza el deber de contribuir con los gastos públicos; así como otros principios de justicia tributaria; posteriormente realiza un estudio histórico de la regulación de estos principios en la historia constitucional, fundamentando la necesidad de su regulación constitucional para que se legitime el actual sistema tributario.
