Abstract

El presente artículo académico tiene como propósito realizar un modelo de control de inventario para le empresa ALMACENES LEÓN S.A que se encuentra ubicado en Duran, cuyo objetivo principal es analizar la medición de los inventarios y la incidencia en los Estados Financieros de la empresa ALMACENES LEÓN S.A., período 2016-2017; actualmente la empresa tiene problemas con su inventario; por tal motivo es indispensable que la organización cuente con herramientas que le permita tener un adecuado manejo de las transacciones que estén ligados a políticas, funciones, normas y procedimientos de los inventarios.
