Abstract

La presente investigación busca determinar principalmente si el estudio de factibilidad sobre la elaboración de cerveza artesanal de sorgo es viable, pero sobretodo rentable. El direccionamiento de incentivos adecuados en este sentido; presentara técnicamente las posibilidades de desarrollo del sector y las oportunidades en el mercado internacional; así como la importancia en la economía y de cómo encaminar el sector hacia su robustecimiento y desarrollo sostenible.
