Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación titulado plan de marketing para la compañía AMULCOMESUR, tiene como objetivo general el diseño de un plan de marketing que busca captar clientes en el sector privado de la ciudad de Guayaquil. Debido a que la empresa mantiene una cartera de clientes muy pequeña, la cual no ha crecido desde hace un año aproximadamente y más bien ha sufrido perdida, esto ha provocado una fuerte baja en sus ingresos y el crecimiento de la empresa en todos sus aspectos.
