Abstract

La presente investigación se refiere a un plan de negocios para la creación de un restaurante de carnes asadas al peso, ubicado en el sector de la Garzota, norte de la ciudad de Guayaquil, con el objetivo de brindar un producto y servicio de calidad implementando estrategias para captar la mayor parte del mercado objetivo. Cabe mencionar que actualmente en la ciudad de Guayaquil ya existe una gran demanda en cuanto a restaurantes parrilleros, a pesar de ello no todos estos locales de comida ofrecen un servicio que cubra las expectativas y necesidades de los consumidores.
