Plan de negocios para la creación de una empresa promotora de ecoturismo de aventura

Abstract

La tendencia del turismo nacional e internacional evidencia un gran potencial para aprovechar oportunidades de negocio en materia turística, cuando se analiza la oferta turística nacional y el bajo desarrollo que han tenido las actividades recreativas, se comprueba que este potencial ha sido claramente desaprovechado. El Plan de negocio es una metodología ampliamente aplicada en el ámbito empresarial actual, la cual permite minimizar las probabilidades de éxito o fracaso al momento de realizar un emprendimiento económico. En el presente proyecto se ha analizado la viabilidad de la creación de una empresa promotora de ecoturismo en el ámbito nacional, a través del empleo y desarrollo de la metodología del plan de negocio, con la cual los inversores poseen datos financieros claros respecto al retorno de la inversión, el riesgo financiero y el giro específico del futuro negocio.
