Evolución y vicisitudes del sistema privado de seguros en Ecuador en el período comprendido entre los años 2005 al 2015

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene por objeto analizar el nivel de impacto de los servicios de seguros privados en la economía ecuatoriana durante el período comprendido entre los años 2005 al 2015. El proceso metodológico empleado para esta investigación se asentó en la visión cualitativa y cuantitativa basada en el análisis de documentos. Este trabajo contiene una breve exploración bibliográfica concerniente a los seguros y riesgos de la cual, se consultó datos para realizar análisis numérico. Seguidamente, se hará referencia a las derivaciones principales que tuvieron los servicios privados en el país y los cambios jurídicos realizados en el año 2014 en base a la información bibliográfica presentada. Ante tal panorama, se plantearon gestiones o estrategias socioeconómicas que tenían que ser implementadas para dar impulso a la cultura de seguros en el país, prevaleciendo un estudio de las primas de seguro y un mayor posicionamiento en los medios de comunicación.
