Abstract

Internet ha influido en nuestras vidas y en nuestras costumbres, en nuestra forma de buscar información, de entretenernos, de comunicarnos y por supuesto han aparecido nuevas formas de comprar y vender bienes y/o servicios. Alrededor del internet se ha revolucionado el lenguaje, con la creación de definiciones y conceptos para identificar nuevos bienes, nuevos servicios,nuevos gustos y necesidades del cliente, nuevas maneras de comprar, nuevas formas de vender, nuevas áreas funcionales dentro de las organizaciones, obligando a las empresas a crear nuevos modelos de negocios para alcanzar y mantener la fidelidad de su cliente.
