O controle interno no poder executivo municipal: uma revisão integrativa

Abstract

O controle interno é uma ferramenta adotada por empresas publicas e privadas, que as auxilia atingir suas metas e objetivos. Esta Revisão Integrativa objetivou sistematizar o conhecimento produzido acerca da estrutura e a forma de atuação dos controles internos dos municípios brasileiros, frente às exigências legais. As bases de dados escolhidas foram: LILACS, NLMNIH/PUBMED, SciELO e periódicos CAPES com o uso do seguinte descritor controlado: “public administration†e as palavras chaves “internal control†and “municipal†, nos idiomas português, inglês e espanhol, entre os anos de 2008 e 2018. Foram encontrados dez artigos que atenderam aos critérios de inclusão, todos foram evidências de estudos não experimentais, descritivos ou com abordagem qualitativa. Os artigos analisados descrevem o controle interno como ferramenta de auxílio do gestor no alcance de suas metas e objetivos, bem como da correta aplicação dos recursos públicos.
