Abstract

La investigación realizada en la Empresa Constructora de Obras de Ingeniería No. 17 en el municipio de Holguín ha tenido como objetivo crear un procedimiento para el diseño de la estrategia empresarial para el período 2016 - 2019, para lo cual se aplicó una nueva metodología desplegando diferentes etapas que facilitaron definir la direccionalidad estratégica para la organización, la correspondiente segmentación estratégica, el diagnóstico estratégico para determinar los factores de impacto, tanto en el orden interno como los de interrelación de la organización con el entorno, propiciando la determinación del cuadrante predominante en el cual quedó ubicada la organización, indicando este que la empresa es débil con oportunidades para lo cual la tipificación de las estrategias debe ser adaptativa y se logró el despliegue de las estrategias atendiendo a los indicadores proyectados en los objetivos estratégicos.
