Plan de diseño organizacional de servicio para la Fundación Cadrón de la Parroquia Pascuales en la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

El presente estudio de investigación, tiene como objetivo diseñar un plan organizacional de servicio destinada para la Fundación Rosalía Cadrón ,el objetivo trata de que el plan organizacional permita a la fundación ampliar los beneficios a las 23 madres solteras, a los niños y a los nuevos proyectos de desarrollo social, ambiental y cultural, los recursos con los que cuentan provienen del país Canadá, sin embargo necesita la ayuda de terceros para brindar un buen servicio a las madres solteras que atiende la fundación.
