Exportación de ciruela en almíbar a Alemania

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo el desarrollo de un plan de exportación de ciruela en almíbar hacia el mercado de Alemania. Se utilizó la investigación exploratoria y descriptivo con enfoque mixto, utilizando como herramienta de recolección de datos, la entrevista y encuestas dirigida a los comuneros de la ASOCIACIÓN DE PEQUEÑOS PRODUCTORES DE CIRUELA JUNTAS DEL PACà FICO, representante de la Cámara de Comercio Ecuatoriano – Alemana, Agentes de Aduana, exportadores e importadores de alimentos procesados como las frutas en almíbares y otras conservas, dicho mercado fue escogido porque demandan en consumir frutas en conservas.
