Análisis financiero de las cuentas por cobrar y su afectación en la liquidez

Abstract

El siguiente artículo tiene como objetivo establecer la importancia del correcto análisis de las cuentas por cobrar con el fin de no afectar la liquidez de la misma. Por medio de la metodología de investigación aplicada, gracias a instrumentos como las encuesta, entrevistas y observación directa, se pudo conocer que la empresa de análisis no tiene procesos correctamente estructurados por la asignación de créditos y la recuperación de cartera vencida, lo que genera resultados negativos al momento de analizar su capacidad de solventar pagos o deudas. Debido a ello, se procede a identificar y proponer diversas estrategias que permitan mejorar los resultados del área de crédito y cobranza con la finalidad de mejorar sus resultados sin ejercer presión a los clientes que afecte su relación comercial a largo plazo.
