Abstract

La NIC 39 Instrumentos financieros y el impacto en los estados financieros de las empresas. El presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar la NIC 39 instrumentos financieros y el impacto en los Estados Financieros de la empresa Distribuidora Global Book´s Cía. Ltda., con el fin de obtener alta calidad y transparencia en la información financiera, durante los periodos 2017 y 2016. Se emplearon los métodos de investigación: documental, de campo y explicativa, con un enfoque cualitativo las técnicas utilizadas fueron: entrevista, observación y análisis de datos. Por ende, como resultado de la investigación se desarrolló una propuesta de Modelo de aplicación de la NIC 39 [MOAPLINIC39] es un prototipo de aplicaciones prácticas de transparencia financiera y simetría contable. Propone generar información de estados financieros fiable, relevante y comparable, útil para el mercado bursátil y toma de decisiones.
