Abstract

El trabajo consiste en aplicar una metodología para identificar posibles cadenas productivas locales, realizando su evaluación parta determinar cuál es más factible desarrollar y confeccionar un proyecto o plan de empresa para lograr su encadenamiento productivo, en este caso se evalúa la cadena productiva de la leche de cabra en la localidad de bracito en el municipio Jobabo, determinándose su factibilidad de desarrollo con la concepción de un proyecto de negocio con todos sus requerimientos.
