Transmisión de la marca corporativa en la cultura empresarial de la compañía Best Doctors Insurance Ecuador

Abstract

En la actualidad cada vez hay más empresas que consideran importante el que sus colaboradores conozcan la cultura empresarial de la compañía, es decir, comprender las funciones de toda la organización, elementos que la conforman, la filosofía y los objetivos que manejan con el fin de que esto sea una fortaleza para los resultados en la empresa. La comunicación es base vital para la relaciones de intracomunciacion en la empresa pues ayudan a que los colaboradores se comunique de una manera sencilla, clara y concisa, esto atraerán mejores resultado en cada uno de los departamentos de la empresa. En esta investigación se consideró la empresa de medicina prepagada Best Doctors Insurance Ecuador la cual maneja un programa de transmisión de marca con sus colaboradores, así abarca y genera una cultura organizacional.
