El rediseño de procesos como herramienta de mejora

Abstract

Las organizaciones presentan problemas en la planificación y el control de las actividades de los sistemas de gestión de la calidad, en los elementos del análisis del contexto y de las partes interesadas, así como del pensamiento basado en riesgos, los cuales son requisitos indispensables para realizar el tránsito de los sistemas de gestión de la calidad a la actual norma ISO 9001:2015. Para profundizar en los conceptos y metodologías apropiadas para mejorar el desempeño, el objetivo de este trabajo es realizar una revisión crítica de los aportes de diferentes autores acerca de las herramientas para la mejora de la calidad, con especial énfasis en el rediseño de los procesos. Esta herramienta de mejora parte de la identificación del objeto del cambio y del estado deseado, después se realiza el diagnóstico de la situación inicial, como base para el rediseño y su posterior validación.
