Abstract

Este trabajo, busca formar una empresa rentable que brinde servicios de asesoría contable tributaria y financiera la cual permita satisfacer las diferentes necesidades de las empresas, microempresas, persona natural o jurídica que esté obligada o no, a llevar contabilidad, que se encuentre ubicada en la ciudadela La Alborada o en cualquier parte de Guayaquil. Las PYMES generan una gran cantidad de empleos, tienen una gran participación en la producción, y generan la mayoría de los servicios que un ecuatoriano usa en un día, por lo cual se deberían desarrollar más estrategias económicas, para su crecimiento y desarrollo. Por ser un sector que tiene una gran cantidad de flujo comercial, es importante que se implemente un tipo de empresa de asesoría, ya que así se podrá obtener un mayor dinamismo en la economía de este sector de la ciudad. En esencia la importancia de este proyecto está dada por su nivel de eficiencia al momento de definir la factibilidad de la inversión.
