Abstract

La presente investigación se refiere al tema de un manual de procesos, que se define como un método que determina cada paso para realizar una actividad correcta, teniendo como objetivo reducir los errores y la falta de comunicación en una empresa enfocándose en cada una de sus funciones, cuyo beneficio es la integración del proceso empresarial, proporcionando los datos únicos y a su vez reducir o eliminar los errores de las personas.
