Abstract

La presente investigación, está orientado a la realización de un diagnóstico sobre los niveles de información, conocimiento, y aplicación de los directivos de las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas (MiPyMEs) sobre la gestión medioambiental en el sector industrial de las ciudades de Xalapa y Orizaba, , lo que permita identificar, puntos en los que se puede trabajar de forma interna y tener un control de estos, así como el involucramiento de la alta dirección en la implementación de planes, políticas, supervisión , medición, seguimiento y control para el mejoramiento del desempeño ambiental.
