Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar el silencio administrativo positivo ya que ha sido objeto de muchas controversias en el campo del derecho, en nuestra legislación no existe un procedimiento claro, detallado y preestablecido de ejecución de esta institución, entonces recurrir a la Ley Contencioso administrativa para llenar los vacíos legales dentro de la institución del Silencio Administrativo es muy significativo, porque esa fuente de derecho aporta con elementos importantes para contestar de manera coherente y aplicarlo.
