Optimización de los recursos financieros con la implementación de la planificación financiera dentro de las pequeñas y medianas empresas

Abstract

El objetivo del presente artículo es demostrar como las pequeñas y medianas empresas de la ciudad de Guayaquil se desarrollan a nivel financiero, que técnicas implementar para la optimización de los recursos financieros. La planificación financiera es una técnica que permite a las empresas proyectarse al futuro, este se realiza analizando la situación actual y realizando proyecciones con una mejora. La investigación está enfocada en el área financiero de la empresa VENPROM se dedica a la compra y venta de productos de primera necesidad al por mayor y menor, para el levantamiento de la información se utilizó el método de investigación documental y con la técnica de la entrevista se obtuvo mayor información de la situación económico-financiera de la empresa. El resultado de la investigación servirá para los socios de la empresa VENPROM que al aplicar técnicas con el fin de mejorar la gestión financiera.
