Comportamiento de la ética profesional en el área de mantenimiento de la empresa Sigmaplast

Abstract

La ética es un elemento importante que impacta en el desempeño de las empresas, Sigmaplast es una empresa familiar dedicada a la conversión de empaques flexibles inocuos para alimentos, cuenta con varias áreas, la vida profesional va regida por una ética ya que no es solamente ganar dinero, se evaluó el comportamiento del personal del área de mantenimiento de la empresa en base ética profesional que engloba no solo las actividades laborales sino las responsabilidades éticas básicas y legales, mediante un método descriptivo con una evaluación de tipo cualitativa, teniendo como resultado que cada persona que conforma el área trabaja bajo principios que se rigen una conducta aceptable, características personales que contribuye no solo al bienestar de la empresa sino de la comunidad.
