Ingreso de CABLEC a general cable desde un punto de vista deontológico

Abstract

El proceso de Cablec para convertirse en una filial de General Cable, fue un desarrollo arduo de trabajo constante y en el cual se implantaron políticas deontológicas en todos los ámbitos. Desde la instauración de normas de calidad en procesos de producción y en el desarrollo personal de los trabajadores; como valores arraigados en la empresa. Otro punto importante es la ética ambiental con la que consta la transnacional y el cuidado de la salud y el bienestar de los empleados, lo cual ha llevado a Cablec a ser una empresa líder en el medio local y siendo una de las dependencias con mayor rentabilidad a nivel de Latinoamérica.
