La deontología en el área de mantenimiento de CNT

Abstract

Es importante que cada trabajador tenga conocimiento sobre los derechos y deberes de los empleados que están estipulados en el código de trabajo, logrando ganancias tanto para la institución como para el trabajador, en el entorno personal y profesional consiguiendo así el mejoramiento de las relaciones laborales. Hoy en día el campo laboral cada vez está más reducido, por lo que se busca concientizar el valor de tener uno, las empresas buscan personal capacitado, existen personas que cumplen los perfiles y están dispuestas a poner todo de sí para engrandecer las empresas con la prestación de sus servicios, no obstante hay trabajadores que incumplen normas y disposiciones sin tomar en cuenta las consecuencias personales y de toda la organización.
