La revista corporativa digital como estrategia comunicacional. Caso IPSOS Consultor - “IPSOS magazineâ€

Abstract

Ipsos Consultor es una empresa dedicada a la investigación de mercado y es objeto del estudio del presente proyecto; en el mismo se aplicó un enfoque cuantitativo, realizando encuestas a una muestra representativa tomada de los clientes de la empresa, a quienes se les preguntó algunos aspectos importantes para fortalecer la investigación planteada, dentro de los más relevantes podemos encontrar los siguientes: como califica la comunicación externa que mantiene con la empresa, a través de qué medios tiene comunicación con ella, como se enteró de la empresa, si han recibo revistas corporativas digitales, y que interesados están en que se elabore dicha revistas. Los resultados reflejaron que los clientes mantienen buena comunicación, pero no han recibido revistas corporativas digitales ya que la empresa no cuenta con este medio digital.
