Abstract

La economía popular y solidaria del Ecuador es una política pública que está inmersa en los programas sociales del gobierno, para combatir la pobreza, y que tiene varias herramientas, entre las que están el acceder al Bono de Desarrollo Humano o el Crédito de Desarrollo Humano, que en la actualidad, se tiene un alto porcentaje de la población del Ecuador, y en especial, nuestra zona de estudio, que es el Cantón Guayaquil, Distrito 8.
