Abstract

La necesidad de la empresa Fashion Club Cía. Ltda. es incrementar su presencia en el mercado para así poder aumentar su nivel de cifras de negocio. La nueva meta impuesta por el licenciante para el periodo 2018 hace necesario el uso de herramienta tecnológicas no solo en sus actividades internas sino también en las externas, específicamente en las actividades que van dirigidas directamente a sus clientes.
