Manual de procesos para empresas que ofrecen servicio de radiografías

Abstract

En el Ecuador muchas empresas que se dedican toma de radiografías dentales y tomografías que sirven para el diagnóstico de posibles enfermedades que existan en la cavidad bucal; no cuentan con un manual de procesos lo cual implica que no haya una organización en las funciones que realizan los trabajadores ya que existe un manejo empírico de éstas, que puede ocasionar problemas en un futuro si la empresa sigue creciendo. Por lo tanto, con esta propuesta se pretende desarrollar una normativa con la cual los trabajadores puedan llevar a cabo las actividades dentro de la organización de una manera óptima en los procesos de socialización y difusión del servicio, reclutamiento y selección del personal, compra de insumos, atención al cliente y de pago por honorarios a prestadores de servicios, desarrollando un manual de procesos que permita mejorar el desempeño organizacional de la empresa y que los trabajadores tengan conocimiento de en qué parte del proceso contribuyen las actividades que realizan a diario.
