Los programas de educación financiera de los principales bancos privados de la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

Los avances tecnológicos y los cambios en el intercambio social y económico han modificado el número de productos y servicios financieros disponibles, haciendo que haya un desconocimiento en los individuos que no se actualizan y en el futuro afectando las decisiones financieras. La educación financiera surgió como una necesidad para facilitar el uso de productos y servicios financieros. En el Ecuador, la educación financiera se encuentra regulada en el sistema financiero, a través de la Superintendencia de Bancos, sin embargo, no se ha investigado los efectos de estos programas en la banca privada de la ciudad de Guayaquil.
