Inteligencia empresarial y vigilancia estratégica en función de la gestión de la tecnología y la innovación en las entidades cubanas

Abstract

La vigilancia estratégica en función de la gestión de la tecnología y la innovación resulta un eslabón fundamental para mejorar los indicadores presentes en la dirección y administración de las empresas cubanas. Se realiza un análisis desde lo teórico y empírico a diferentes aspectos relacionados con la inteligencia empresarial, mecanismos de vigilancia, herramientas utilizadas a nivel mundial y se reflexiona sobre los actuares existentes sobre la temática, para crear un procedimiento que dirija a las entidades mediante procesos claves en la obtención información necesaria para la toma de decisiones a nivel estratégico. Como resultado se obtiene una guía que implica diversos recursos para la obtención de productos informativos por proyectos de vigilancia según las necesidades que presentan los especialistas.
