Plan comercial para incrementar las ventas de la Compañía Livansud S.A

Abstract

La empresa LIVANSUD S.A. es una empresa que comercializa productos de Audio, luces e Instrumentos Musicales que a pasar de las salvaguardias y el incremento del IVA en el año 2015, globalmente en sus sucursales ha ido creciendo excepto Ecko Music sucursal Nº 7 que ha decrecido un 30.59% en los últimos 3 años 2014-2015, los factores han sido internamente en la organización por falta de control, capacitación, poca organización, estrategias comerciales, políticas de ventas que afectan a los clientes. Este proyecto tiene como objetivo, analizar la situación interna y externa de la sucursal Nº 7 con la finalidad de proponer un Plan comercial para incrementar las ventas, para esto se hizo una encuesta aplicada a los clientes, una entrevista al Gerente y a los vendedores, luego del respectivo análisis se determinó que se necesita capacitar al personal, motivarlos y aplicar estrategias de motivación de compra a los clientes para poder fidelizarlos y atraerlos.
