Procedimiento de control interno para el ciclo de inventario. Caso: Empresa H

Abstract

La importancia de tener un eficiente sistema de control interno en los últimos años se ha incrementado por ser una herramienta vital para obtener una seguridad razonable en el desempeño de las organizaciones, lo que redundará la eficiencia y eficacia de las entidades, logrando la confiabilidad financiera, haciendo cumplir las disposiciones vigentes y garantizando la preservación de los recursos materiales, financieros y humanos, atendiendo a que solamente el control y uso racional de los recursos permitirán la estabilidad y desarrollo sostenible de las empresas. Es por ello que la Contraloría General de la República de Cuba de Cuba, inició un amplio proceso, para la actualización de las normativas vigentes al respecto, emitiendo una nueva norma, la Resolución No.60/2011 adecuada a las disposiciones que regulan esta actividad y a los requerimientos del desarrollo económico –administrativo del país. Para poder cumplir el objetivo propuesto fue necesario implementar un procedimiento de control interno específicamente para el ciclo de inventario a las características específicas de la Empresa H, lo que permite detectar de forma oportuna las deficiencias para que sean identificadas, evaluadas y analizadas en el tiempo requerido en dicho ciclo contable.
