Abstract

En el sector empresarial se vienen introduciendo normas de carácter organizativo para lograr un buen desempeño, definiéndose claramente la responsabilidad social de este sector encaminado a incorporar valores éticos, transparencia y responsabilidad en la toma de decisiones. En tal sentido, el control interno como sistema garantiza el éxito de la organización, se diseña con el objetivo de asegurar confiabilidad y oportunidad en la información que se recibe o se brinda, garantizar la eficiencia y eficacia de las operaciones económicas y cumplir con el ordenamiento jurídico. La implementación de manuales de procedimientos constituye un instrumento de apoyo para ejecutar las actividades de un puesto determinado y/o funciones de la unidad administrativa y los manuales de pruebas y revisiones garantizan su cumplimiento.
