Planeación presupuestaria y su incidencia en la toma de decisiones financieras

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como investigación trataremos el estado actual de la compañía que al no tener una eficiente planificación presupuestaria sus gastos y los recursos de la empresa han sido muy elevados. Al momento ser implementadas veremos el análisis de los estados financieros y en el cual se propone un plan de acciones para una eficiente gestión presupuestaria. El estudio concluye con la propuesta en la cual se diagnostica la situación actual de la empresa mediante el análisis de los estados financieros, detectando un estancamiento en las cuentas por cobrar de la empresa las cuales alcanzan el 86,54% del total de activos, así como un incremento de la eficiencia de la empresa al disminuir los costos de venta con respecto a los ingresos. Como resultados del diagnóstico se propone un plan de acciones además de 15 lineamientos para la gestión presupuestaria de la empresa.
