Abstract

Cuando hablamos de prevención de riesgos laborales, denominamos factores psicosociales a aquellos que se originan en la organización del trabajo y generan respuestas de tipo fisiológico (reacciones neuroendocrinas), emocional (sentimientos de ansiedad, depresión, apatía, alienación), cognitivo (restricción de la percepción de la habilidad para la concentración, la creatividad, la toma de decisiones) y conductual (toma de riesgos innecesarios).
