Abstract

En la actualidad, es claro que las empresas deben buscar diferentes formas de segmentar al mercado para detectar a sus consumidores potenciales y es donde nace el Marketing generacional, en la que toman en cuenta las generaciones o rangos de edad enfocándose en sus costumbres, gustos, y formas de vivir. Entre estos grupos encontramos a los Millenials conocidos como la generación Y y la generación Z, los mismos que se interrelacionan en la universidad y que con esta investigación observaremos sus comportamiento, y si influye o no en los cambios de carrera o el abandono de los estudios.
