Plan de exportación de madera aserrada de balsa al mercado de Valparaíso – Chile

Abstract

La planificación es la base de todo proceso, la cual organiza los objetivos, implementa estrategias y facilita la toma de decisiones, por tal motivo es que la elaboración de un plan de exportación, sirve como herramienta, para lograr los objetivos que la empresa propone. La balsa es un producto ecuatoriano con gran potencial, pero muy poco conocido, es por ello que el presente proyecto servirá como guía para los aserradores de madera de balsa de la provincia del Guayas, y así facilitar la decisión de incursionar en un nuevo mercado. En la búsqueda de mercados potenciales, Valparaíso fue el mercado escogido, ya que es uno de los principales puertos de Chile, con el mayor movimiento de contenedores, esta zona es comercialmente activa. Según el informe elaborado por Proecuador, que también indica que la madera de balsa es un producto altamente potencial para el mercado chileno, considerándolo un “Producto Estrella†.
