La justicia restaurativa ¿Una herramienta eficaz para prevenir la delincuencia juvenil?

Abstract

La Justicia Restaurativa es considerada como un mecanismo eficaz no sólo para prevenir la delincuencia juvenil, sino, también se preocupa por la reparación integral a la víctima, la inserción del adolescente a la sociedad por medio de un trabajo conjunto de las partes involucradas. Su ejecución permite que los adolescentes infractores mantengan empatía con la víctima y puedan comprender –en primera persona – el daño causado por su mal accionar. Es importante destacar, que la Justicia Restaurativa no debe considerarse como una salida alternativa a la solución de conflictos, sino, como un diseño y aplicación de líneas de trabajos a favor de la juventud, por parte de las instituciones integradas.
