Aplicación de un proyecto piloto de consultoría en una empresa textil denominada en la ciudad de Rio Bravo, Tamaulipas

Abstract

Este proyecto nace para responder a una necesidad no cubierta actualmente, la cual es incentivar la resolución de problemas, la intercomunicación empleado-patrón y contribuir a la estabilización y progreso futuro para internacionalizarse de las empresas en la localidad de Río Bravo, Tamaulipas. Se presenta el caso específico de una mediana empresa, sobre la que se efectúa un diagnostico que identificó problemas de gestión y capacidad del propietario para llevar a cabo las labores cotidianas de la misma. Las posibles soluciones que se aportaron fueron, entre otras, la utilización de herramientas administrativas estratégicas como lo son el esquema causa-efecto, un análisis FODA y diagrama de Pareto. Se identifican deficiencias en el proceso de selección de personal, la distribución del centro de trabajo, el establecimiento de los horarios de trabajo del personal y en el sistema de control de empleados.
