Abstract

Esta investigación pretende generar conocimiento sobre la influencia de los factores que afectan la producción de fruta en San Nicolás, por su interacción entre procesos sociales y económicos externos e internos y entre procesos biológicos y ambientales. La propuesta es aplicar una metodología que permita detectar estas variables y desarrollar un análisis y evaluación participativa, donde los productores se conviertan en los protagonistas del proceso, reflexionando sobre la realidad, con las características que tienen en su contexto. De acuerdo a los resultados arrojados por la investigación se recomienda que los dueños de huertas conozcan todas las características sobre las condiciones físicas, químicas, ambientales, etc., de los árboles frutales, con la finalidad de producir frutos de mejor calidad.
