Contexto de los acuerdos marco de precios en la actividad contractual del Estado

Abstract

Las modificaciones en la regulación de la actividad contractual en el Estado colombiano han incluido novedosas disposiciones, como la que posibilita la celebración de los acuerdos marco de precios en las compras guberidntales. Lo cual justifica el desarrollo de la investigación, mediante una metodología exploratoria, con la intención de recopilar y analizar normatividad, doctrina, recomendaciones foráneas y jurisprudencia, con el propósito de contextualizar desde el marco legal vigente, su incorporación y utilización, así como identificar críticamente en el panorama colombiano, variables que podrían incidir en la participación y en la libre competencia, lo cual permitirá ampliar el conocimiento en el procedimiento adoptado, con respecto a los efectos derivados de su utilización y a la observación de algunos comportamientos de los sujetos en la actividad contractual pública.
