Abstract

Agro S.A., es una empresa dedicada a la comercialización y distribución de productos agrícolas, específicamente de fertilizantes y fertilizantes foliares, además presta servicios destinados a las actividades agrícolas, en el acceso de insumos, herramientas y maquinarias. Durante este tiempo se ha observado falencias de gestión de control de la misma y su personal, en la identificación concreta de las tareas y funciones en la empresa, que afectan negativamente el rendimiento comercial que vienen presentándose desde el año 2014.
